Alison Barry serves as Senior Counsel at Hoffman & Forde. Ms. Barry has over 25 years of litigation experience representing real estate professionals, businesses and individuals in California Superior Court and the Southern and Central Districts of California. Ms. Barry’s practice focuses on disputes arising from all aspects of real estate transactions. Prior to joining Hoffman & Forde, Ms. Barry spent several years practicing trademark enforcement and prosecution for corporate clients, small businesses and non-profit organizations.

Education and Experience

Ms. Barry earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Southern California and Juris Doctorate from California Western School of Law, where she was both a Member and Editor of the California Western Law Review.
