Alyssa Kucera is a Post-Bar Law Clerk at Hoffman Forde. Her practice areas include residential real estate and civil litigation.
Education and Experience
Ms. Kucera earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, magna cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego in 2022. Her undergraduate experience, including volunteer work with the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and Scholars at Risk, fostered a deep commitment to advocacy and access to justice.
She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate (J.D.) from California Western School of Law in 2025. During law school, Ms. Kucera built a strong foundation in transactional matters through hands-on training at New Media Rights, a clinic focused on intellectual property and privacy law matters. Through a judicial internship in the Utah Third District Court under Presiding Judge Laura Scott, Ms. Kucera gained experience in civil litigation. Her practical experience has been strengthened by an externship with Hoffman & Forde, which has deepened her understanding of real estate law.
Ms. Kucera continues to develop her practice as a Post-Bar Law Clerk with Hoffman Forde while awaiting bar admission.

Additional Information
Outside of the office, Ms. Kucera enjoys hiking, yoga, photography and spending time with her husband and their animals, Moose, Ripley, and Lester.
