Bryan Rayo is a Junior Associate at Hoffman & Forde. His practice areas are commercial and residential landlord-tenant disputes, unlawful detainer actions, real estate litigation, and contract disputes.
Education and Experience
Mr. Rayo earned his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from San Diego State University in 2020. During his undergraduate studies, he explored multiple areas of law, gaining experience in immigration matters through employment-based visa filings, assisting with timeshare contract disputes, and serving as an investigative intern at the San Diego Public Defender’s Office.
He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law. While in law school, Mr. Rayo served as a law clerk at Hoffman & Forde, where he developed hands-on experience in landlord-tenant matters, unlawful detainer actions, and real estate litigation. He was also actively involved in the Latinx Student Association and the San Diego County Bar Association’s student division.

Additional Information
Outside the office, Mr. Rayo enjoys hiking, weightlifting, and exploring San Diego’s outdoor spaces. He’s often up before sunrise hitting a trail, challenging himself in the gym, or discovering a new viewpoint around the city. These moments outdoors help him stay focused, balanced, and energized for the work he does with clients.
