Education and Experience
Mr. Ma brings valuable experience in both litigation and transactional matters. He has worked on patent prosecution, trademark and copyright disputes, licensing agreements, and the management of intellectual property portfolios. His background allows him to support individuals and businesses in protecting their ideas, resolving disputes, and moving forward with confidence.
He earned his J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he was a member of the San Diego Law Review. Mr. Ma was also recognized as a San Diego Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2023. Before law school, he received his B.S. in Biology from the University of Washington.
