Christopher Martinson

Education and Experience

Mr. Martinson earned his Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from SUNY New Paltz, graduating cum laude and serving as a staff writer, reporter, and copy editor for The Legislative Gazette newspaper in Albany, New York. He went on to earn a Paralegal Studies certificate from Suffolk County Community College, graduating with highest distinction and becoming a member of both the National Paralegal Honor Society and the Suffolk County Legal Society. He later received his Juris Doctor magna cum laude from Touro College Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center, where he was honored with seven CALI Awards for Excellence in subjects including Legal Writing, Trial Practice, and Employment Law.

With over 12 years of litigation experience, Mr. Martinson has worked in reputable law offices across California and New York. Throughout his career, he has supported respected trial attorneys in personal injury, medical malpractice, insurance defense, and family law cases—contributing to successful outcomes and client advocacy. He is skilled in all phases of civil litigation, including client intake, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion drafting, and trial preparation.

In his free time, Mr. Martinson enjoys spending time with his beloved mini schnauzer, Sadie. Whether at the dog park or dog beach, they are frequent swimmers in the chilly waters of the Pacific Ocean.
