Nicole C. Baldwin is Senior Counsel at Hoffman Forde, where she focuses her practice on employment law and business law. With nearly 20 years of experience, she has litigated employment and business matters throughout California’s state and federal courts and advises clients with a strategic, practical approach both in and outside of the courtroom.

Ms. Baldwin works closely with employers and businesses to navigate complex workplace and business disputes, offering clear guidance throughout the litigation process and during workplace trainings. Education
Ms. Baldwin earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications/Journalism and Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Virginia Tech in 2003. She received her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2006. During law school, she gained international and practical legal experience through an internship with the U.S. Navy JAG Office in Japan, international law studies at the University of Barcelona, and work with a consumer protection law firm. She is admitted to practice law in California.

Outside of work, Ms. Baldwin enjoys exploring San Diego with her two daughters, walking her dog Jax, and attending yoga classes throughout the city.
