Rachael Berg

Education and Experience

Ms. Berg earned her Juris Doctor from Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2017, where she was recognized with the Jefferson Medal for academic excellence in Wills and Trusts. She also received the Cali Excellence for the Future Award and the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence in Wills and Trusts. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Oregon State University.

Ms. Berg has extensive experience advising clients on estate planning and asset protection, including drafting wills, living trusts, and advanced healthcare directives. She has a strong background in civil litigation, representing clients in insurance defense, construction defect claims, personal injury, general liability matters, and various civil litigation cases. Additionally, as a licensed general contractor, she brings firsthand experience in construction and property law to her legal practice. Her diverse professional experience also includes managing a construction supply company and a cleaning services business.

Ms. Berg lives on a ranch in Ramona, California, where she enjoys farming and spending time with her husband, family, and dogs, including her Queensland Heelers and Pugs. She also loves outdoor activities and home improvement projects, using her background in construction to assist clients with real estate and property-related legal matters.
