Ragan Fowzer

Education and Experience

Ms. Fowzer earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2025. During law school, she gained extensive hands-on experience through several internships, including with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program’s Tenants’ Rights Program, where she assisted clients facing housing challenges. She also interned with the Office of the U.S. Trustee, a division of the Department of Justice responsible for overseeing the federal bankruptcy system, and with California Western’s Community Law Project, a free walk-in legal clinic providing access to justice for individuals with diverse legal needs. These experiences deepened her understanding of housing, bankruptcy, and community advocacy and laid the foundation for her interest in real estate and civil matters.

Ms. Fowzer received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara in 2022, where she earned certificates in Sports Management and Business & Law Communication. While at UCSB, she served as a research assistant for the nonprofit Houses into Homes, which inspired her passion for housing and real estate law and continues to shape her commitment to helping clients navigate complex legal issues with compassion and precision.

Additional Information

Outside the office, Ms. Fowzer can usually be found at hot yoga or Pilates, or cheering on the San Francisco Giants—her longtime favorite team. She loves the energy of a close game and never turns down the chance to visit a new ballpark. Whether she’s perfecting a Pilates flow or settling in for nine innings, Ms. Fowzer brings the same focus, enthusiasm, and steady presence that define her work.
