Education and Experience
Ms. Fowzer earned her Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law in 2025. During law school, she gained practical experience through internships with the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program and the Community Law Project, where she assisted individuals with a variety of legal matters and developed a strong interest in housing and real estate law. She also interned with the Department of Justice, Office of the United States Trustee, gaining knowledge about the U.S. bankruptcy system.
Ms. Fowzer received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Santa Barbara. In addition to her degree, Ms. Fowzer earned certificates in Business Law & Communication as well as Sport Management. During college, she was a research assistant for a nonprofit organization, Houses into Homes, which was her first introduction to housing related issues.

Outside of the office, Ms. Fowzer enjoys yoga, Pilates, watching baseball (especially the San Francisco Giants), and spending time with her dog, Rosie.
