I fix & flip property's. They helped me draw up seller disclosures. I'm so happy I made the call and paid for this service. I will not sell a property without making sure I contact this firm first to review my disclosures. I know its not 100% protection against a lawsuit but I can sure tell you I'm sleeping very well at night knowing I did the best to disclose and protect our business and also the buyers.Less
