I contacted Schuyler Hoffman to assist in selling my parent’s house after they both passed. I had a cash buyer who didn’t want representation and was willing to decline all inspections. I received an entire team of people that ensured that everything was done legally and I was protected. They made sure all disclosures were very clear and transparent.
