Today one of our favored attorneys (all of them have earned our respect) is “STEFAN SEPER”, Sky recommended him for this specialized litigation. I personally have dealt with may firms and attorneys during my career and I to have been part of the profession, Stefan brings a very specialized talent! Understanding that every attorney brings a special kind of skill within every firm, it’s important to understand the case and issues that may arise. In this instance, the head of the firm assigned this out putting my client in best hands to begin litigation on this problem. Stefan was able to resolve the issues, without litigation, without having to file or respond to the case and sent back unearned dollars that he was able to safe on our behalf. My experience with H&F goes for 3 years. Had a major Issue with a troubling tenant who caused damage major damage to our property, and even with insurance claim, was asking for more. H&F initially gave our case (including the 60 days eviction notice to their less experienced attorneys). They did not do a good job & made the matter more complicated. After 1.5 years of delayed & painful process, we requested & Mr. Forde himself + Attorney Dalia Astolas took over the case. While we were set to go to court & proving our case, the tenant & his lawyer agreed to settle & peacefully move out. Dalia was exceptional in her approach, care for case, responsive & most of kind & sympathetic to our painful experience. She was bold & tough when needed. While we accumulated 4 figures bills, at the end we got our property back & had a peaceful resolution to a very ugly ordeal! Thank you Dalia & Dan.Less
