Victoria Boynton serves as Senior Counsel to Hoffman & Forde. Her practice areas include residential and commercial real estate, transactional and litigation matters, business advisement, and mediation.
Education and Experience
Victoria Boynton is a seasoned and highly respected attorney with expertise in residential and commercial real estate, transactional and litigation matters. She has extensive experience with real estate brokerages having served over the past 20 years as corporate counsel for Pacific Sotheby’s International Realty and Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties. In addition to her corporate positions, Ms. Boynton has taught classes on contracts, risk management, and real estate transactional issues and has participated in numerous panel presentations to real estate agents.
Ms. Boynton received her B.A., magna cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts-Amherst and her J.D. from California Western School of Law. She successfully completed several mediation trainings with the San Diego Association of Realtors, American Arbitration Association, and the California Association of Realtors.

Additional Information
In her spare time, Ms. Boynton is a certified AKC dog evaluator as well as a volunteer puppy raiser and public speaker for Canine Companions, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing highly trained service dogs to people with disabilities. Over the past 25 years she has raised and trained more than twenty puppies to prepare them for future “careers” as service dogs.
