Education and Experience

Mr. McKinley is a born-and-raised San Diegan. After graduating from Francis Parker High School, he pursued his undergraduate studies at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo, majoring in Business Administration with a focus in Entrepreneurship. Upon completing his Bachelor of Science degree, he returned to San Diego to attend California Western School of Law, where he graduated Cum Laude.

He has experience litigating many types of real estate matters, including boundary disputes, partition actions, transactional disputes, Right to Repair Act, land use, eminent domain/inverse condemnation, and construction defect cases. Additionally, he has experience litigating business organizational disputes and medical malpractice actions.
