Tyler is an associate at Hoffman & Forde who specializes in real estate transactions and disputes. Mr. Donaghy represents clients in complex transaction and litigation matters involving nondisclosure, fraud, new construction, contract dispute, creation for sale by owner, commissions, acquisitions, and dissolutions for both large and small businesses.
Education and Experience
Mr. Donaghy received his Juris Doctor from California Western School of Law, where he graduated early and earned Dean's List honors. Shortly after graduation, he was admitted to the California Bar. Mr. Donaghy graduated early from California State University, Fresno, in 2018, earning a bachelor's degree in philosophy with a focus on law. While in college, he worked at a law firm, where he gained practical experience, rising to the position of overseeing the post-judgment department.
